This guide explains how to reseat the RCR 80V tubeless tire to resolve wobble or vibration that can occur at higher speeds.
In most cases, high-speed wobble is caused by the tire not being fully seated on the rim bead. This can happen during initial setup, after tire changes, or if the tire was inflated unevenly.
A tire that is slightly unseated may:
Feel smooth at low speed
Vibrate or wobble as speed increases
Appear slightly uneven when spinning the wheel off the ground
Tire pressure gauge
Air pump or compressor
Bike stand or a way to lift the wheel off the ground

Power the bike off.
Lift the wheel off the ground (center stand, rear stand, or safely supporting the bike).
Spin the wheel by hand and visually inspect the tire.
What to look for:
Check that the tire bead looks evenly seated around the rim on both sides.
Remove the valve cap.
Let all air out of the tire until fully deflated.
Apply mounting paste on the contact area of the rim and the tire
Check the raised diagonal line near the tire's bead area (where it contacts the rim)
Check if the distance between this diagonal line and the rim edge is consistent all the way around
Press the tire sidewall near the bead area, there should not be any gaps or looseness
If any misalignment is found, manually reposition the tire beads
This allows the bead to relax and reset.
Begin inflating the tire.
Inflate steadily and evenly.
Watch the tire bead as pressure increases.
You may hear or feel the bead pop into place as it seats correctly.
Inflate the tire to the recommended operating pressure.
Do not overinflate.
Reinstall the valve cap.
Spin the wheel by hand again.
Confirm the tire runs true with no visible side-to-side wobble.
If needed, repeat the deflate and reinflate process once more.
