The RCR 80V is available in two ride heights:
Shorty (SHTY) – 30.5” from ground to seat
Lower seat height and center of gravity
Standard (STD) – 32.5” from ground to the seat
Taller stance with more legroom
Both versions offer the same performance and features—the difference is rider ergonomics and feel.
You are around 5'9"
You want to be front-footed at stops
You prefer a slightly more planted, confidence-inspiring feel
Easier footing at stoplights and low-speed situations
Slightly better handling due to the lower center of gravity
More approachable for first-time riders
Taller riders may feel slightly arched forward
Less leg extension compared to the Standard
You are 5'11" or taller
You have longer legs
You prefer a more upright, relaxed riding posture
Improved comfort for taller riders
Less forward lean for longer torsos and legs
More natural riding position for extended rides
Slightly taller seat height at stops
May feel less planted for shorter riders
This video demonstrates how the Standard height accommodates taller riders comfortably.
| Rider Height | Recommended Height | Seat Height |
|---|---|---|
| ~5'9" | Shorty (SHTY) | 30.5” |
| ~5'11"+ | Standard (STD) | 32.5” |
Fitment ultimately comes down to comfort and confidence. If you prioritize:
Handling and easy footing → Shorty
Comfort and legroom → Standard
